Beckham takes a swing at Calderon
LA Galaxy star David Beckham has had a dig at Real Madrid president Ramon Calderon.
Beckham told Marca: “Calderon cares about Madrid, but I prefer Florentino (Perez), he always has shown the club is close to his heart.”
The England midfielder also revealed: “I would like to return to work with Real Madrid, to be part of their staff in the future would be a wonderful thing.”

Does it even matter now, whetherheprefers Calderon or Perez, it does not make any difference. Beckham left Real Madrid on bad terms with Ramon Calderon, apparently Calderon wanted Beckham to renew his contract (which Beckham also wanted) only with a stiplulation that Real Madrid would retain the 50 percent of his image rights as it were
